How to locate System ID?

To sign up, you will need your Sunnova System ID. Your System ID is printed on your Sunnova Agreement and can also be found on the welcome email you received from Sunnova.

What was my production?

Production Data

Once you've set up your online account, you can view the production data of your system by clicking the Performance tab on the main menu then toggle between Summary View or Solar Production. You can then toggle between hourly, daily or monthly data for a complete overview.

Looking to slice and dice your solar production data in your favorite spreadsheet program? Need to upload your solar production data into an energy management tool? You can access your raw hourly production data dating back to when your solar system started generating energy. You can download production data in comma separated value (CSV) file format

You can access all the details of your solar system by clicking on My System in the top navigation. This will show high-level details of your equipment and solar service plan, contracts, amendments and transfers, and lets you view your solar appointments and more.
